Having spent four days after my birth in Greenwich, Connecticut disqualifies me from saying that I was “born and raised” in New York City.
And for that, I will never forgive myself.
I’ve been acting since I was in first grade where I played the Hungry Caterpillar in the school play. The pure joy and elation I found on that stage stuck with me, and so I continued down that path.
Then, for a while, nothing happened.
From 1999 to 2003, I attended Fordham University at Lincoln Center and studied acting, graduating with a BA in Theatre (Performance).
After that, I became a professional voice and on screen actor here in New York City.
And I’m not planning on stopping any time soon.
The novelty of receiving money for speaking has yet to wear off on me and I love every job I get, whether it’s a dry-as-dust financial investment industrial or Baby Kermit the Frog or appearing in a friend’s web series or doing dozens of different character voices for an interactive storybook for kids.
It’s the best job anyone can have and I’m constantly surprised and delighted whenever something comes my way.
I’ve been at it for about fifteen years and, during that time, I’ve worked with Burger King, Warner Bros., Google, Rockstar Games, GEICO, Target, Blackberry, CNN, Coca-Cola, The Walt Disney Company, The Jim Henson Company, Nike, BMW, The New York Times, The New York Stock Exchange, United Nations Organization, FEMA, NFL, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Denny’s, Panera Bread, Cumberland Farms, The Discovery Channel, Syfy, MTV, MTV2, VH-1, Fuse, EPIX, Comcast, Optimum Online, Dell, Squarespace, Hewlett-Packard, Samsung, Stanley Access Technologies, XM Satellite Radio, Riot Games, Lenovo, Tomcat, PVH, Jockey, Diesel, Speedo, LensCrafters, Flexon, SNY, Bacardi, Grey Goose, Tequila Avion, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Bud Light, Tecate Light, Yuengling, Yellow Tail, San Pellegrino, Harley-Davidson, Toyota, Opel, Armani, Davidoff, Connecticut Realtors, Starwood, Revel Hotel, Renaissance Hotels, OBMI, The Motor City Casino and Hotel, Tumi, DSW, Scholastic, Speakaboos, Luxaire, GE, Eversource, ShopKeep, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, McGladrey, Evergreen Financial, Fidelity Bank, Pacific Life, Jackson Hewitt, Musselman, Lu Biscuits, Peeps, Hungry Jack, Nellie’s Free Range Eggs, Sweet ‘N Low, Method Soap, Air Wick, Lifespan Partners, The Cardiovascular Institute at Rhode Island Hospital and The Miriam Hospital, University of Iowa Health Care, AIA, Astrazeneca, Levemir, Empliciti, Tresiba, Bevespi Aerosphere, Chattem, FluMist, Plavix, Zantac, Zyrtec, Smith & Nephew, ProPared, TransPerfect, ProPhase and many, many others.
I also write, direct, edit and produce my own little projects, ranging from comedic sketches to short films to music videos to music when the mood hits me.
And the results are usually pretty weird.
My goal is to do more of what I’m already doing, because this is the best job in the world.
Except, maybe, for being Batman.
Thanks for stopping by.
